Zagreb: Special Edition
About the Special Edition
#thesongSE is a Special Edition contest which gathers all countries that achieved a Top 3 placement in the past 10 editions of #thesong. If one country had multiple Top 3 entries in the past, the Head of Delegation has to decide which song will compete in the Special Edition for that country. Only songs which previously took part in the contest are competing in the SE to find the best song in the first 10 seasons of the contest.
Voting system
First part of the vote will be the voting of participants. Each of the 19 participants are able to vote. Not voting will not result in a disqualification. Second part of the vote will be the voting of all the non-participants. In case of a tie, whoever scored better from the participants' votes will be placed higher.
